Instructions

  3. Stop to scrape down the sides and continue processing.
  4. After about 5 minutes, the mixture should form a ball, indicating it's progressing.
  5. Continue processing until the mixture becomes smoother and you hear a sloshy sound, which indicates it's done.
  6. Transfer the cashew butter to a clean jar and store it in the fridge.
