Bubble Up Breakfast Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and mist a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pierce the sweet potato with a fork and microwave for 6-8 minutes until soft, then peel and dice.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crisp, then drain the grease and add the sausage, cooking until browned.
- Combine the cooked bacon, sausage, sweet potatoes, and biscuit pieces in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, water, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes, then pour over the casserole mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes, then add cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
