Hidden Cauliflower Mac n' Cheese

Instructions
- 1. Pour the pasta into the Instant Pot and add the water, soy sauce, mustard, and salt. Stir to combine.
- 2. Layer the cauliflower on top of the pasta without stirring.
- 3. Secure the lid and set the steam release valve to Sealing.
- 4. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- 5. After cooking, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes, then vent any remaining pressure.
- 6. Remove the lid and stir the pasta, breaking up any stuck pieces.
- 7. Mash any intact cauliflower florets against the side of the pot to help them dissolve.
- 8. Stir in the cheddar and parmesan cheese, adjusting seasonings as needed, and serve warm.
