Low Carb Walnut Pie Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a pie plate with baking spray.
- Process the walnuts in a food processor until finely ground, but not into butter.
- In a medium bowl, mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly.
- Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients, stirring until the mixture holds its shape when squeezed.
- Press the mixture firmly into the sides and bottom of the pie plate, creating a peaked ridge around the edge.
- Poke holes in the bottom and sides of the crust with a fork.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until it begins to turn golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely before filling, preferably refrigerate overnight before serving.
