Cheeseburger Macaroni

milk (of choice)

shredded mild cheddar cheese

Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- 2. Heat oil or butter in a large stock pot over medium heat and sauté the onion until slightly soft.
- 3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- 4. Stir in the seasonings and sauté until fragrant.
- 5. Mix in the flour and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
- 6. Add the beef stock and simmer until slightly thickened.
- 7. Stir in the milk and simmer until thickened, stirring frequently.
- 8. Remove from heat and mix in the cheese and Worcestershire sauce, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- 9. Fold in the cooked macaroni and serve.
