Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey (93% lean)
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ¾ tsp Seasoned Salt
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 3 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth (or Water)
  • 12 oz Small Macaroni (uncooked)

To finish

  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (fresh shredded)
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (fresh shredded)
  • ¼ - ⅔ cup Milk

Garnish

  • to taste Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • to taste Dollop of Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. 1. Sauté ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and onions are tender.
  2. 2. Add garlic and stir.
  3. 3. Mix in the spices, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, and broth.
  4. 4. Add macaroni and ensure it's submerged.
  5. 5. Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
  6. 6. Perform a controlled quick release of the pressure.
  7. 7. Open the lid and stir in the cheeses and milk to desired creaminess.
  8. 8. Garnish and serve hot.
