Instructions
- 1. Sauté ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and onions are tender.
- 2. Add garlic and stir.
- 3. Mix in the spices, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, and broth.
- 4. Add macaroni and ensure it's submerged.
- 5. Seal the Instant Pot lid and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- 6. Perform a controlled quick release of the pressure.
- 7. Open the lid and stir in the cheeses and milk to desired creaminess.
- 8. Garnish and serve hot.
