- 1. Sauté olive oil in the Instant Pot.

- 4. Add sliced mushrooms, seasoned salt, kosher salt, black pepper, ground mustard, and hot sauce; mix well.
- 5. Incorporate pasta, broth or water, and milk, ensuring pasta is covered.
- 6. Cancel sauté mode and seal the pot.
- 7. Set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- 8. Perform a quick release of steam when cooking is complete.
- 9. Stir in cheeses and heavy cream if using, allowing them to melt.
- 10. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, then serve.
