Instant Pot Cheesy Meaty Shells

Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to Sauté and cook the meat and onion until the meat is no longer pink.
- Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and stir.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir.
- Add the pasta shells in an even layer and press down into the liquid without stirring.
- Pour the marinara sauce over the pasta and do not stir.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing. Cancel the Sauté setting.
- Select Pressure Cook and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, let the pot sit for 3 minutes for natural release, then perform a controlled quick release.
- Remove the lid and stir the contents. Add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, and stir until melted.
- Serve hot, optionally with crusty bread.
