Instant Pot Meat Sauce

canned diced roasted tomatoes, drained
Seasoning and garnish

Magic Mushroom Powder or Diamond Crystal kosher salt

chopped Italian parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Sauté the sausage and diced onions in the Instant Pot until the sausage is no longer pink and the onions are softened.
- 2. Stir in the garlic and cancel the sauté function.
- 3. Add the cubed chuck roast and sprinkle with Magic Mushroom Powder or salt, stirring to combine.
- 4. Pour the marinara sauce and diced tomatoes on top without stirring.
- 5. Lock the lid and cook under high pressure for 35 minutes, then let the pressure drop naturally or release manually after 15 minutes.
- 6. Stir the sauce, then use the sauté function to bring it to a boil and reduce for about 15 minutes.
- 7. Shred the chuck roast against the pot's side while simmering.
- 8. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve over vegetable noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
