Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lean Ground Beef or Lean Ground Turkey
  • 2 ½ Tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1 16 oz Container of Salsa
  • 16 oz Pasta Shells or Rotini
  • 4 cups Broth
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Brown the meat in the Instant Pot on Sauté mode until mostly cooked.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the meat and finish cooking.
  3. 3. Stir in salsa and broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
  4. 4. Add pasta and stir, then cancel Sauté mode.
  5. 5. Seal the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. After cooking, perform a controlled Quick Release of the pressure.
  7. 7. Once safe, open the lid and stir in the cheese before serving.
