Instant Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

Instructions
- 1. Brown the meat in the Instant Pot on Sauté mode until mostly cooked.
- 2. Add taco seasoning to the meat and finish cooking.
- 3. Stir in salsa and broth, scraping the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
- 4. Add pasta and stir, then cancel Sauté mode.
- 5. Seal the lid and set the pressure cooker to cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. After cooking, perform a controlled Quick Release of the pressure.
- 7. Once safe, open the lid and stir in the cheese before serving.
