Instructions
- 1. Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 2. Add the taco seasoning and canned diced tomatoes, then simmer on low while cooking the pasta.
- 3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- 4. Combine the drained pasta with the meat mixture and stir in the cheeses.
- 5. Serve garnished with parsley or cilantro.
