Cheesy Taco Pasta

The cream and cheese

fat free sour cream

shredded 2% reduced fat cheddar cheese

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess grease from the pan.
- Add the taco seasoning, salsa, and water to the beef, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the beef mixture.
- Stir in the sour cream, both types of cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined and the cheese melts.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
