Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the ground beef.
- Remove the beef and set aside, then sauté the onion and garlic in the same pan until soft.
- Add the spices and jalapeño, stirring for about 30 seconds.
- Return the beef to the pan and add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, green chili, corn, pasta, and broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- Serve warm, topped with cheese and other optional ingredients.
