Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, add the oil and sauté the chopped onions and ground beef for about two minutes.
- Add the mashed garlic and stir for another 30 seconds.
- Continue stirring until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Add the tomato sauce, yogurt, and all the seasonings, mixing everything together well.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Plate the pasta and add any desired toppings before serving.
