Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground chicken, onion, and bell peppers; cook until meat is browned and onions are translucent.
- Stir in garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper; cook until garlic is fragrant.
- Add water, salsa, tomato sauce, pasta, and black beans; cover and simmer until pasta is al dente.
- Remove from heat, stir in half of the cheese, and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Serve hot with toppings.
