Instructions
- 1. Sauté the ground meat until mostly cooked, adding olive oil if using turkey.
- 2. Stir in taco seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder, and finish cooking the meat.
- 3. Add salsa, green chiles (if using), and broth, then let it simmer.
- 4. Stir in black beans and pasta, pressing the pasta down into the liquid.
- 5. Cancel the sauté setting.
- 6. Seal the pressure cooker lid and set to cook for 4 minutes.
- 7. After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 1 minute, then do a controlled quick release.
- 8. Once the pressure is released, stir the pasta and add corn and cheese, mixing well.
- 9. Serve with optional garnishes like avocado, jalapeño, sour cream, tortilla chips, or cilantro.
