Instructions
- Mist a large pot with cooking spray and heat over medium.
- Cook the ground turkey and beef, breaking it up until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning and taco sauce, then add onion and cook until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, water, and salsa, scraping the pot's bottom.
- Add corn and pasta, stirring to combine, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed, remove from heat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, queso dip, and sour cream until melted and combined.
- Serve warm.
