Instructions
- Mist a large pot with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and turkey, cooking until browned and broken into small chunks.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and diced onion, cooking until the onion is softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Add dry pasta, pressing it under the liquid, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is cooked and liquid is absorbed, stir in spinach until wilted.
- Remove from heat and mix in half and half and Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Let sit for a few minutes to thicken before serving.
