One-Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta with Chicken and Spinach

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and keep it warm.
- Add another teaspoon of olive oil to the pot and sauté the chopped onion until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the chicken broth, tomato sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, scraping any browned bits from the bottom.
- Add the spinach and let it wilt.
- Stir in the pasta and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until the pasta is cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese and parmesan until melted.
- Return the chicken to the pot and mix everything together.
