Instructions
- 1. Sauté the ground beef in the Instant Pot until almost cooked.
- 2. Add onion, bay leaf, and celery; sauté until translucent.
- 3. Stir in garlic and spices.
- 4. Add broth, chiles, and beans; let simmer.
- 5. Gently press the pasta into the mixture without stirring.
- 6. Cancel sauté mode and add red peppers, tomatoes, and tomato sauce on top without stirring.
- 7. Seal the pot and set to pressure cook for 4 minutes.
- 8. Perform a controlled quick release of steam once cooking is complete.
- 9. Open the lid, stir the contents, and add cheese if desired.
- 10. Season to taste and serve immediately.
