Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with oregano, sea salt, black pepper, chili powder, and ground cumin.
- Add butter, onions, garlic, and tomato puree to the skillet, stirring until combined.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the beef mixture and add heavy whipping cream, chicken stock, parsley, basil, Monterey Jack cheese, and cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
