Ingredients

  • ½ lb. Lean Ground Beef
  • ½ large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper, chopped
  • 15 ounces Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 8 ounces High Protein Pasta
  • cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a cast iron skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  4. Add the canned diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss to combine.
  5. Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
