Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a cast iron skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, garlic, and bell pepper, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Add the canned diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and cooked pasta to the skillet, and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle the top with cheddar cheese and transfer to the oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool before serving.
