Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water and cook the macaroni according to package directions.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- 3. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.
- 4. Add minced garlic and cook briefly, then remove the vegetable mixture from the pan.
- 5. In the same pan, cook the ground beef until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- 6. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning, then add the vegetable mixture back.
- 7. Drain the macaroni and combine it with the beef mixture.
- 8. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
- 9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted, then garnish with parsley and serve.
