Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Cook the keto macaroni according to the package instructions.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil, then add the chopped onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink, then stir in the tomato sauce and cook for another minute.
- Drain the cooked macaroni and mix it into the beef mixture, then stir in half of the cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish, top with the remaining cheese, and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling.
- Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving, adding any desired cheeseburger toppings.
