Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoons mustard
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon Burger Seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 kosher pickle, cut into pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with garlic, onions, burger seasoning, salt, and pepper until no longer pink.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese to the beef and stir until melted.
  4. In a bowl, mix eggs, ½ cup of each cheddar cheese, heavy cream, and mustard.
  5. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and add the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle bacon and pickles over the beef.
  7. Pour the egg mixture on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  9. Cool before serving.
