Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Keto Burger

Big Mac sauce
Instructions
- Separate the ground beef into 4 evenly sized balls.
- Chop the cooked bacon and shred the cheese.
- Flatten one beef ball into a thin patty using wax paper and a plate.
- Top the patty with half of the cheese and half of the bacon, keeping them away from the edges.
- Place another flattened beef patty on top and pinch the edges to seal.
- Repeat the process with the remaining beef to form another stuffed patty.
- Season both sides of each burger with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with some cooking oil.
- Cook the burgers for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked to your liking.
- Serve on a Keto bun or lettuce wrap with your favorite low-carb toppings.
