Instructions
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Heat the oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat, add the cauliflower rice and sea salt, and stir fry until cooked and browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass casserole dish.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- In the same pan, cook the ground beef with sea salt and black pepper until browned, then drain excess grease.
- Sprinkle the ground beef over the cauliflower mixture in the casserole dish.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until hot and cheese is melted.
