Keto Taco Casserole

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess liquid.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened. Stir in the salsa.
- Layer half of the sliced tortillas in the baking dish, followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
- Add the remaining tortillas, beef mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving.
