Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, simmer for a few minutes.
- Layer crushed tortilla chips in the baking dish, followed by refried beans.
- Pour the beef mixture over the beans and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add desired toppings and serve.
