Ground Beef Taco Casserole Bake

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the meat and stir to combine.
- Stir in black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes, cooking until heated through.
- Layer half of the tortilla pieces in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Spoon half of the meat mixture over the tortillas and optionally add half of the cheese.
- Add another layer of tortillas and the remaining meat mixture, then top with salsa and remaining cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cool before serving and sprinkle optional toppings as desired.
