Instructions
- Chill your coupe glass with ice and water.
- For the egg white option, combine bourbon, lemon juice, syrup, and egg white in a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 10 to 15 seconds.
- Discard the ice water from the glass and strain the mixture into the glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.
- For the no egg white option, shake bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup with ice for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange wedge and a cocktail cherry.
