Instructions
- If using the egg white, shake the whiskey and egg white in a cocktail shaker until frothy.
- Add lemon juice, maple syrup, bitters (if using), and ice to the shaker, then shake briefly to mix and chill.
- Strain the mixture into a glass over ice and serve immediately.
