Red Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot.
- Add quinoa, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup (if using) and stir well.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook until the quinoa is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in walnuts and flax seeds.
- Serve ¾ cup of the mixture in individual bowls, topping each with ½ cup of berries and ¼ cup of plant-based milk.
