Instructions
- Combine almond milk, oats, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked quinoa and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in ground flax seeds and maple syrup.
- Divide into serving bowls and top with berries and pumpkin seeds.
