Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seed
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized pot.
  2. Set the heat to medium/high and cook for 10-15 minutes until the oatmeal thickens into a porridge.
  3. Top with your favorite oatmeal toppings.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
