Instructions
- In a medium pot, combine the quinoa, almond milk, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup a couple of minutes before it's done.
- Adjust the flavors to taste, then pour into a bowl.
