Instructions
- Soak the dates in hot water for one hour to soften them, unless they are already soft.

- Take one tablespoon of dough and roll it into a small ball using your hands.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the fridge for about an hour until firm.
- Store the cookie dough bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
