Instructions
- Prepare the pesto by blending all pesto ingredients until smooth and set aside one cup for later use.
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-high heat and add the shrimp, tossing with spices until fully cooked.
- Spiralize or cut zucchini into noodle shapes and toss with the reserved pesto.
- Top the zucchini noodles with the cooked shrimp and serve.
