Instructions
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl except the chicken and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate the marinade for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and let the chicken come to room temperature.
- Grease a baking tray and arrange the marinated chicken thighs on it.
- Bake the chicken for 28-30 minutes until crispy on the outside.
