Instructions
- Blend the marinade ingredients until smooth.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the marinade.
- For pan-searing, heat olive oil in a skillet and add the chicken with marinade, cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For air frying, coat the basket with olive oil and air fry the chicken, flipping halfway through until cooked.
- For grilling, preheat the grill and cook the chicken, flipping until done.
- Serve with additional marinade drizzled over the chicken.
