Instructions
- Blend the marinade ingredients until mostly smooth.
- Pour the marinade into a bowl or resealable bag and add the chicken, coating it well.
- Refrigerate the chicken for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and heat a grill or preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Grill the chicken for 7-8 minutes per side or bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then cut into slices or cubes and serve.
