Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Blend marinade ingredients into a paste using a food processor.
- Combine chicken and marinade in a ziplock bag and massage to coat well; marinate for at least 20 minutes or up to 3 days.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
- Lower the heat and move chicken to a cooler part of the grill; cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving and squeeze with lime juice.
