Grilled Chipotle Orange Chicken

The marinade

orange juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Place chicken in a baking dish and pour orange juice over it.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbes de provence, honey, salt, and chipotle, then rub this mixture onto the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for up to 5 hours if time permits.
- Heat the grill and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
- Cook the reserved marinade by bringing it to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with the cooked marinade.
