Chipotle Orange Chicken

The chicken

The marinade

garlic, pressed

herbes de provence

agave nectar or honey

celtic sea salt

chipotle chili powder

orange juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- Place the chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic, herbes de provence, agave, salt, and chipotle.
- Pour orange juice over the chicken.
- Rub the marinade mixture onto the chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours if time permits.
- Bake the chicken at 350°F for 1½ to 2 hours.
- Serve the chicken.
