Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

Instructions
- Add the chicken to the slow cooker.
- Mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours, stirring halfway through.
- Remove and shred the chicken, then return it to the slow cooker.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or cauliflower rice.
