Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust dough (13.8 oz)

shredded 2% milk Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the sliced onion until softened.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce to the skillet and mix well, heating through.
- Unroll the pizza dough and roll it out to 10”x14”.
- Make cuts along the longer sides of the dough to create strips.
- Spread the barbecue chicken mixture down the center of the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the strips of dough over the filling in a criss-cross pattern to form a braid.
- Beat the egg with water to create an egg wash and brush it over the braid.
- Transfer the braid to a baking sheet and bake for 20-24 minutes until golden.
- Slice into 12 pieces and serve.
