Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- In a food processor, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cloves, and pulse to combine.
- Add the eggs one at a time, pulsing after each addition, then gradually add the cream and process until blended.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and place the pie on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes until the center is set.
- Cool the pie on a rack, then slice and serve with whipped cream if desired.
