Instructions
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag with the marinade, seal, and refrigerate for 1 to 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken, onion, and peppers onto skewers and discard the leftover marinade.
- Lightly oil the grill grate and place the kabobs on the grill.
- Cook the kabobs for 8-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the kabobs immediately.
