Chicken and Vegetables

bell peppers (mixed colors, cut into strips)

Instructions
- Mix the fajita seasoning ingredients in a small pan and heat until hot, then let cool.
- Pour the seasoning over the chicken breasts, reserving some for the peppers and onions, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Toss the peppers and onions with the remaining seasoning.
- Preheat the grill to high heat and grill the chicken for about 6 minutes on each side.
- Grill the onions and peppers until tender.
- Serve the chicken with the grilled peppers and onions.
