Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes, ¼ cup oil, and 1 tsp. cumin in a large bowl.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, add to the bowl, and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat remaining 1 Tbsp. oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown, about 8 minutes per side, ensuring it reaches 160°F internally.
- Transfer the chicken to a cutting board, let it rest for 10 minutes, then slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, combine sliced bell peppers, onion, and remaining 1 tsp. cumin, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softened, about 7 minutes.
- Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and toss until combined. Serve with tortillas and lime wedges.
